Director Ramana made a rousing start to his career with Vijay starrer Thirumalai. The huge success of the movie brought him instant fame.

After a while now, the director is back to business. This time around, he would be directing a Telugu film.

Says Ramana, “My next directorial venture would be a Telugu film that would feature Mahesh Babu in the lead role. We are ready with the script and the movie would go to floors this June.”

Without dwelling on the contents of the movie, Ramana said, “It would be an action-packed thriller that would suit the image of Mahesh Babu. Plans are also on to dub the movie in Tamil.”
