Director Manirathinam has denied reports that he would be directing Rajinikanth. A section of press had carried reports that Rajinikanth will star in Manirathnam’s film, after Sivaji. However, the ace director has denied all the reports and said it was a mere media speculation.

“After my Guru, I am planning to rest for a while and then commence my Hindi movie Lajjo with Aamir Khan.”

Manirathinam and Rajinikanth had earlier teamed up for Dhalapathy, which starred Mammootty and Aravindswamy too.

Buzz is that Rajinikanth might do a movie for A R Murugadoss after Sivaji.
